Sometimes, rebooting the MMI can fix minor glitches and errors. To reboot the MMI, press and hold the SETUP, CENTER, and TOP RIGHT buttons simultaneously until the screen goes black. Wait for a few seconds and then release the buttons. The MMI should restart and load the sat nav normally. #2.
